You'll also get an intro to CompStak and how to start building your own market knowledge. Open to all KSU students; no real estate background needed.

The Deal Behind the Data: Case Study Working Session

Description: Night two is hands-on, not a lecture! You'll team up to work through a real comp set and present what the data says about the market, the same exercise analysts run before a deal.
