Dorms Close for Winter Break

Residence halls close for winter break on December 12, 2026, at 8 p.m. Residents in residence halls - not apartments - must vacate the room within 24-hours of your last exam or by December 12, 2026, at 8 p.m., whichever comes first. Attend your floor's closing meeting the last week in November, and view the checklist from your RA for steps to prepare for winter break, like thawing out the refrigerator, removing bedding, setting the temperature, etc.
