Join the Symphonic Band for the final concert of the semester as we celebrate the rhythms, traditions, and communities that connect people across cultures and continents. From the exuberant energy of Katahj Copley’s AYO to the vibrant voices of Michele Fernández’s Mi Vecino and Reena Esmail’s Rozana, the program explores music as a shared expression of identity and belonging. Victoriano Valencia’s Ritmos de la Tierra brings Latin American dance traditions to life, while Kevin Charoensri’s An American Songkran bridges Thai and American experiences. Together, these works invite us to celebrate the rituals, rhythms, and stories that shape our world.
