Join up to 1,000 leaders, creators, advocates, and curious minds for an afternoon of bold ideas, powerful storytelling, and meaningful connection exploring what happens when people refuse to accept “the way it’s always been done.”

WHAT IS REWRITE THE RULES?

Progress rarely begins with permission. It begins with people willing to question assumptions, rethink systems, and imagine better possibilities for their communities, industries, and lives. Rewrite the Rules by TEDxStLouis Women brings together speakers and performers whose ideas challenge conventional thinking and open new conversations around leadership, creativity, equity, innovation, culture, and human potential. In alignment with our mission to showcase St. Louis’ profound impact locally and globally, this event highlights voices and ideas capable of inspiring change far beyond the stage.

THE EXPERIENCE

On Stage TEDxStLouis Women speakers and performers will take the stage for a dynamic afternoon of talks and performances curated in accordance with TEDx guidelines. Featured speakers will be announced this summer. Expect ideas that are thoughtful, provocative, deeply personal, and globally relevant — delivered with the precision and energy that define the TEDx experience.

3:00–4:45 PM – TEDxStLouis Women Mainstage Program • TEDx talks and featured performances

4:45–6:00 PM – Innovation Alley + Complimentary Happy Hour • Networking with attendees, speakers, and community partners • Interactive experiences and activations • Complimentary happy hour
