Expanding Your Toolkit to Support Career Readiness

Supporting students doesn't mean having all the answers. It means knowing where to find the right resources and when to connect students with additional support.

This workshop explores practical tools, campus resources, and referral pathways that help students navigate career exploration, career planning, and experiential learning opportunities. Participants will learn how to confidently guide students to career readiness resources, integrate relevant tools into their everyday work, and leverage the Career Services as a partner in supporting student success.

Through exploration and discussion, participants will identify resources they can incorporate into their role and gain confidence in guiding students to the right support.

This event is part of the Career Champions program for UW-Stout Polytechnic Faculty and Staff. Learn more about the program here.
