Our next Employee Wellness Walks with Wellness event will take place at Colvin Recreation, a hub for campus health, movement and well-being. Join us as we enjoy a light walk through the facility while learning about the spaces, programs and resources that support employee wellness and an active lifestyle. This event offers a great opportunity to step away from the workday, engage in gentle physical activity and connect with coworkers in a relaxed and supportive setting. The walk is designed for all fitness levels and encourages participants to move at a comfortable pace. The event will take place on Tuesday, November 10th, and serves as a refreshing midday wellness break focused on both physical and mental well-being.

Participants should wear comfortable walking shoes and appropriate attire. Free to benefits-eligible employees. No-shows will be charged $15 to bursar account.
