Program description:

Emotional intelligence is essential at every level of an organization. It shapes how we manage stress, respond to change, communicate with others, and build meaningful professional relationships. This interactive workshop introduces participants to the five core pillars of emotional intelligence: self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, empathy, and relationship management. Participants will gain practical tools to recognize emotional triggers and regulate emotions, respond rather than react, communicate with greater clarity and empathy, and navigate workplace relationships and challenges with confidence.
