Kansas 4-H Leadership Weekend (KYLF and KVF)

The Kansas Youth Leadership Forum (KYLF) will be held November 21-22, 2026. KYLF is for youth 4-H age 14-18, before January 1, 2027. Build your leadership skills and potential through workshops, consulting groups, inspirational speakers and more! For more information, visit the Kansas Youth Leadership Forum webpage.

The Kansas Volunteer Leaders Forum (KVF) is an opportunity for volunteers from the state to learn together while building a network of likeminded passionate adults. Participants will have the opportunity to dive into interactive content they can use to engage their youth members, connect with state and local extension staff to learn about new and exciting 4-H happenings, and engage with the Kansas Association of Volunteers as a support system for volunteering efforts throughout the year.
