Team Building (LSTD01)

How is your team doing? This workshop has three goals: 1) help each member learn more about their own personal style, 2) help everyone learn more about their coworkers’ personal styles, and 3) help everyone utilize this knowledge in a practical way that improves the workplace environment by strengthening the team. There are no bad types! Through a series of exercises and discussions, you will have a chance to experience differences in how people gather information, make decisions, and structure their lives. This knowledge often helps teams find more ways to “play to their strengths.”
