Map Day

The History Club is bringing dozens of old, oversized classroom maps out of storage for MAP DAY! These are the giant, often dusty maps that once hung in classrooms throughout that ancient era known as THE 1900s. Some are surprisingly outdated, some are fascinating, and others are just strange. Together, they raise interesting questions about how we see the world, how we understand places and events, and how those understandings change over time.

Visitors can stroll through the displays at their own pace, talk with History Club members, and take part in optional activities. Drop in anytime!
