The Hatch - Pitch Competition

Watch the next generation of entrepreneurs compete. The Hatch is BGSU's premier entrepreneurial experience, where students transform innovative ideas into real-world impact. Through mentorship, coaching and experiential learning, participants develop the confidence and skills to test ideas, solve meaningful problems and communicate their vision to a live audience.

Experience innovation in action. The journey culminates at The Hatch Pitch Competition, where finalist teams present their ventures before a panel of accomplished entrepreneurs, business leaders, investors and alumni. More than $30,000 in cash awards and in-kind services are awarded to help accelerate the next generation of innovators as they launch their ventures and bring their ideas to life.

Why attend? Experience the excitement of a live business pitch competition while discovering bold ideas with the potential to shape the future.
