From Page to Stage: Misery by Stephen King - Book discussion

The Empire Theatre Company's 15th season, "From Page to Stage," continues with a book discussion of "Misery" by Stephen King. The discussion is led by Ryan King (no relation to the author) in the art gallery of the Empire Arts Center. King, a UND alum (B.A. Vocal Performance and M.A. Vocal Pedagogy) is directing the Empire Theatre Company's production of the play adaptation (Nov. 5-14) at the Empire. He spent the summer of 2026 reading most of Stephen King's novels and is eager to discuss the book with other Stephen King readers. No cost to attend. Coffee, tea and pastries available for purchase.
