For the fourth year running, we're bringing the Agile Transformation Community of Practice together in person, this time in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
This is the room where transformation leaders from around the world come to think out loud. Two days of real conversation about what's actually working, what isn't, and what we're all still figuring out. You'll leave with new ideas, sharper thinking, and people you can call the next time you hit a wall.
The agenda
Six topics from our transformation work with leadership teams this past year. They run as a backlog, not a schedule, so the room adjusts to what’s most valuable. Each session ends with a commitment you take home, and those commitments open next year’s session as a scorecard.
Day 1: Project to Product
Funding products, and the governance that comes with it
Managing portfolios of products
Pushing the product model across the supplier line
Day 2: AI-Enabled Teams
Operating model changes for AI-enabled teams
Product ownership as the bottleneck
Measuring AI impact with a year of real data
Bonus: this lands right before the 4th Annual Scrum Inc. Trainer Retreat (November 19-20, also in Cambridge), so you can make one trip count.
Presented by Scrum Inc., founded by Dr. Jeff Sutherland, co-creator of Scrum. Hosted by Matt Jacobs, Chief Product Officer.
