it's World Mental Health Day, and this year's theme is about real voices being heard. our name is Awaaz, so we're spending it the only way we know: in a room full of people, with chai and a lot of noise.

Dard-e-Charades: emotional dumb charades in teams, with betting

Bathroom Singer Era: chai and jamming, everyone sings

Slow-Mo Disco: lights down, slow breaths, guided by Tanvi

Line Dance: quiet doodling with pen and patterns, guided by Tanvi

Rang-e-Disco: all of us painting one big canvas together

Last Song Syndrome: one last gaana, and you take home a Disco Parcel
