Start your Wednesday with a 5K and a crowd of founders.

No pace to hit and nobody left behind, just good chat, fresh air and a cold Dream Brew at the end.

Dream and Run is our monthly founders' run club, powered by Dream Brew and run in partnership with Rox Queens. We're launching on the same morning in London and Dubai, linked by a Strava challenge, so you'll be running alongside the Dubai crew too. Whether you run every day or haven't laced up in months, come along, meet other people building businesses and start the day with some energy.

It's Remembrance Day, so we'll be running with poppies. Bring yours along.

The plan

7:00 to 7:30am: arrive and drop your bag

7:30 to 8:00am: 5K group run at a conversational pace

8:00 to 8:45am: refuel and refreshments at Palm Greens Cafe inside Soul Sanctuary

From 8:45am: stay on and co-work if you like

Want to make a day of it? Soul Sanctuary offers a co-working day pass with a lunch bowl for £16pp (limited to 10 people), plus sauna and steam room access for £14pp after the run. Both are optional.
