Low-tea: Sensory Walk
Downloads an .ics file · Times are in Europe/Copenhagen · Google Calendar
Ever noticed that you always choose the same seat, avoid a certain room, or feel instantly better in some spaces without really knowing why?
Join us for a slow, low-key sensory walk around campus where we’ll pay attention to the things we usually move past: light, sound, temperature, air, smells, movement, people and space.
We’ll walk, drink tea, notice what feels good (or not so good), and reflect on the sensory preferences that shape our everyday choices.
No expertise needed. No pressure to share. Just a chance to slow down, tune in, and get a little more curious about what works for you.
Because understanding our own preferences is a pretty good place to start when we want to design spaces that work better for more of us. 🌶️
