The Strength In TRIBE Cymru Launch

An evening standing against loneliness among young women.

Loneliness is one of the growing social challenges facing young women and Strength In TRIBE Cymru exists to do something about it.

We are a non-profit organisation working to create meaningful social change, tackling loneliness and social isolation among women and girls across Wales. Through initiatives, partnerships, projects and accessible opportunities, we aim to challenge the barriers that prevent women and young girls from feeling connected, included and supported.

Join us as we officially launch Strength In TRIBE Cymru in collaboration with Sweaty Betty Cardiff for an evening centered around movement, connection and collective action.

✨ Your evening includes:

🧘‍♀️ Mat Pilates led by a qualified instructor, courtesy of Sweaty Betty🥗 Poke bowls catered by Griff's Deli🥂 Welcome drinks🎁 Curated gift bags🤍 An opportunity to meet other like minded women

But this evening is about more than what happens in the room.

Every ticket purchased helps fund the work we’re doing beyond it.

As a non-profit organisation, all proceeds will be reinvested into Strength In TRIBE Cymru projects, helping us develop initiatives that create opportunities, reduce barriers and take meaningful action against loneliness and social isolation.

This is the beginning of something bigger.

A movement to create change.A commitment to connection.A future where no young woman feels she has nowhere to turn.

Come along. Stand with us. Be part of the change.
