SAFE Sessions

Offsite is where students learn to be founders. Every week, founders who are shipping meet to show what they built, ask for what they need, and commit to what's next in a room of peers who hold them to it.

Our mission: to turn builders into founders, one honest week at a time.

What We Stand For

Do what you said. Founders aren't made by ideas or intentions. They're made by closing the gap between what they say they'll do and what they actually do, a little more every week.

Leave no one stuck. Most founders don't quit after one big failure. They quit over one problem nobody helped them get past. No one leaves a session with an ask nobody picked up, and no one stays stuck for being too early, too quiet, or too new to ask.

No spectators. Offsite is for founders who want to Operate Freely From Spectators, Imitators, Titlechasers, and Excusemakers. If you're in the room, you're in it.

The SAFE Framework (what we follow)

Show what you built since last time.

Ask for the one thing you need most right now.

Fix it together with founders who've hit the same wall.

Execute. Say out loud what you'll show next week. Next week, we check.

Come with something in motion and a 60-second update. See you Offsite!
