What we'll explore

Part 1: Understanding the Manifesto

We'll walk through the manifesto's core values and principles together, asking:

What does this principle actually mean in practice?

What changes, and what stays the same, inside great organisations?

Which ideas resonate, and which deserve challenging?

What gets in the way of putting these principles into practice today?

You'll work in small groups to discuss, challenge and pressure-test the principles with leaders from other organisations.

Part 2: Applying the principles

Ideas only matter if they change decisions.

We'll take the manifesto into real organisational scenarios and explore how its principles can guide better decision-making and optimisation at three levels:

Organisation — strategy, structure and culture

Team — ways of working and collaboration

Individual — how humans and AI agents create their best work together

We'll explore how these principles could be used to guide decisions, improve ways of working and help organisations move towards a better way of building.
