Summer may be over, but we’re keeping the good energy going! Join us at Crandon Park Beach on October 24th, 11AM–3PM, for movement, music, salty air, and the kind of connection that makes you put your phone down.

Now that everyone is back for the Fall season, let’s make time to be together. Bring your friends, roommates, partners, kids, pets and your entire beach crew.

📍 WhereCrandon Park Beach | Shelter 4There’s plenty of parking ($10 for the day). We’ll send the exact lifeguard stand location on the day so you can find our beach crew.

🌿 The Agenda

11–11:20AM | Mindful Movement & Tea Ceremony with Vital SipStart the day with gentle movement, a moment to slow down, and tea together.

12–12:30AM | Pilates with Bodies Babes Join us on the lawn at Shelter 4 to start the morning with movement. Yoga Mats will be provided by Go Green Fashionista.

12:30–1PM | Sound Bath with Wellness LuxuryPause, relax, and soak in the sounds. Bring your mat and get comfortable! Athletic gear highly encouraged.

1–3PM | Vibes, Music & TogethernessLet's sip some RedBull, play beach games, vibe to good music, dancing, and plenty of time to catch up with familiar faces and meet someone new.

🧺 What to Wear & BringCome in athletic for the morning activities, then change into your beach gear!

Pack your swimsuit, sunscreen, towels, chairs, umbrellas or tents, drinks, snacks, beach toys, and games. Something to share is always welcome.
