In celebration of our third ALO Sanctuary in Sydney, ALO WESTFIELD SYDNEY, we invite you to begin your day with a high-energy, intentional 5K run honoring movement, momentum, and community.
Led by ALO Community Coach Rory Warnock, all paces are welcome—whether you're a seasoned runner or just looking to move with intention. Set your pace, take a deep breath, and let the road become your moving meditation.
After the run, join us back at the store to connect with the community and check out our new store!
