Data centers have entered the public debate, linked to energy and water consumption, job promises, and questions about who really benefits from "the cloud."
In this hands-on workshop by Cooperativa Tecnológica de Viana do Castelo, participants work in groups to separate fact from rumor and explore what would change if this infrastructure were community-owned.
No computers and no technical background required. Open to local authorities, associations, students, and the general public.
