Our days are filled with notifications, deadlines and digital conversations. Yet making meaningful connections — the kind that extend beyond a quick introduction — takes something different: time, presence and a shared experience.

Reset & Restore is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with your creativity and meet people in a more intentional way.

Hosted at Workin Matosinhos in partnership with SYNC, this two-hour gathering brings together mindfulness, mandala-making and human connection. It's a chance to step out of work mode, let your mind wander and enjoy an evening of creativity and conversation with fellow remote workers and the local community.

Begin with a gentle guided mindfulness practice and reflective prompts to help you settle into the present moment and leave the day's distractions behind.

🎨 Find your creative flow

Explore the art of mandala-making through colour, shapes and patterns. Inspired by the relationship between creative engagement, attention and wellbeing, this is an opportunity to experiment, play and enjoy making something without worrying about getting it right.

💬 Meet beyond the small talk

Share a creative experience with people you might not otherwise meet. Let your artwork become a conversation starter, exchange perspectives and discover what you have in common — without the pressure of traditional networking.

Who is it for?

Remote workers, coworking members and curious people who want to bring more creativity and meaningful connection into their lives.

You don't need to be artistic, experienced in meditation or particularly good at meeting strangers. Just bring yourself, an open mind and a willingness to try something different.
