Springboard Summit 2026 (For Youth Champions Facilitators Only)

Turn Setbacks into Springboards

Springboard Summit 2026 is a morning dedicated to helping students turn setbacks into springboards for what comes next. The event is built around meaningful conversations with students about their goals, the obstacles they’ve faced, and the vision they’re building for their future.

For Facilitators

Every student deserves the opportunity to meet people who inspire them, challenge their thinking, and help them imagine what’s possible. As a facilitator, you’ll help create those moments by encouraging meaningful conversations, supporting student engagement, and guiding your group throughout the day.

What You’ll Experience

Join a small group of students throughout the morning

Guide conversations about students’ goals, the challenges they’ve faced, and where they want to go next

Encourage participation, curiosity, and thoughtful questions

Help create a welcoming space where students feel safe sharing their stories

Witness students reframe their setbacks and leave with a clearer vision for their future
