Join Retreat Pilates House on Saturday 7th November for a morning of movement on your mat, fresh air, delicious collagen-filled coffee and good company at Berry Island Reserve in Wollstonecraft.
Expect a feel-good, full-body Pilates class designed to leave you feeling energised, refreshed and ready for the weekend, followed by a coffee and yap with friends as we soak in the morning. Stay as long or as little as you like.
Bring a friend or come solo, meet some new faces or say hello to familiar ones, all while enjoying a little time outdoors with founder and instructor of Retreat Pilates House, Ellie Rose Allison.

Please arrive 5 minutes early to settle in, and don’t forget your water bottle!

Please note: This class is designed for participants with previous Pilates experience and is not suitable during mid-late pregnancy or for those requiring injury rehabilitation or significant individual exercise modifications.
Ticket cancellations & refunds
All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable for change of mind or inability to attend, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
If Retreat Pilates House cancels the event due to unsuitable weather, all ticket holders will receive a full refund.
If you can no longer attend, please let us know as soon as possible.
