Led by ALO Community Coach Kath Evans, all paces are welcome - whether you're a seasoned runner or just looking to move with intention. Set your pace, take a deep breath, and let the road become your moving meditation.
After the run, join us back at ALO The Galeries to see our newest collections and connect with the community.
