Move & Connect: Volume 2
After a sold-out first edition, Move & Connect is back! ☕🤍
What started as a simple idea to bring people together through movement turned into an afternoon of Pilates, laughter and meaningful conversations. Now, we're bringing that experience back for another round!
Created by Alice (@alice.in.motion) in collaboration with AsiaX Circle Melbourne, Move & Connect is about making space for both wellbeing and connection - bringing people together through movement, conversation and a shared experience.
Whether you're looking to meet new people, try something different or simply enjoy an afternoon of movement and good company, we'd love to welcome you.
What to expect:
✨ A dynamic and fun 45-minute Reformer Pilates class
✨ A casual coffee social nearby, where conversations can continue naturally
Meet your instructor:
Alice is known for creating calm, welcoming and fun class environments that encourage people to feel their best - whether they're completely new to Pilates or regular studio-goers.
