Ti capita mai di sentire il bisogno di una rete di donne reali, lontana da paragoni, giudizi e chiacchiere di superficie?

Ciao, sono Silvia! Ho voluto creare questo spazio proprio per questo: credo tantissimo nel valore di connettermi con altre donne e nel confrontarci su tematiche che a volte è difficile o tabù affrontare fuori.

Vogliamo parlare di endometriosi, salute ormonale, coppa mestruale e del rapporto con il nostro corpo? Oppure semplicemente di lavoro, relazioni e delle cose più semplici della vita di tutti i giorni? Facciamolo!

Her Space è uno spazio aperto, fluido e sicuro. Con il tempo, se lo vorremo, sceglieremo insieme dei temi specifici da approfondire e potremo anche invitare esperte ed esperti per parlarne insieme. Niente giudizio, nessuna competizione: solo supporto reciproco, ascolto e connessioni reali.

Come funziona? Ci vediamo un giovedì al mese per berci qualcosa insieme, staccare la spina e conoscerci. Puoi venire da sola o con un'amica: al nostro tavolo c'è sempre un posto per te.

L'evento è a partecipazione gratuita (i posti sono limitati per mantenere il gruppo intimo), ma è richiesta una consumazione al locale.

Do you ever feel the need for a network of real women, far from comparisons, judgment, and superficial chatter?

Hi, I'm Silvia! I wanted to create this space for precisely that reason: I truly believe in the value of connecting with other women and discussing topics that are sometimes difficult or taboo to address outside.

Do you want to talk about endometriosis, hormonal health, the menstrual cup, and our relationship with our bodies? Or simply about work, relationships, and the simpler things in everyday life? Let's do it!

Her Space is an open, fluid, and safe space. Over time, if we wish, we will choose specific themes to explore together and we can also invite experts to discuss them with us. No judgment, no competition: just mutual support, listening, and real connections.

How does it work? We meet one Thursday a month to grab a drink together, disconnect, and get to know each other. You can come alone or with a friend: there is always a place for you at our table.

The event is free to attend (spots are limited to keep the group intimate), but a drink purchase at the venue is required.
