Join us this Sunday for a Black Community Run — a space to connect, recharge and heal through movement. No pressure, no competition, no expectations. Just movement, music and good energy.

✨ 10-minute warm-up with music🎶 A feel-good run with music🌿 A shake-out walk to slow down, enjoy nature and connect🤎 Good conversations, community and positive energy

You don't have to be a runner. You don't have to be fast. Come as you are. Run, jog, walk or take it at your own pace.

The idea is simple: move together, make connections, create space for ourselves and leave with a smile.
