Unseen- Material Memories from the Urban Landscape

You’re invited to the opening reception of UNSEEN: Material Memories from the Urban Landscape, an exhibition by Australian artist Christophe Domergue, presented at VetiVa in K11 Atelier, Victoria Dockside in collaboration with Art Future Club. Join us on Thursday, 17 September 2026, from 6:30–8:30pm for an evening of contemporary art, wine and conversation, with Louisvale Wines proudly joining as the official opening wine partner. To celebrate the exhibition, Louisvale Wines and Christophe Domergue are extending the collaboration beyond opening night with a special month-long promotion. From 17 August to 17 September 2026, customers who purchase eligible Louisvale Wines products will receive an entry into a draw to win an original Christophe Domergue Peeling artwork. Domergue’s Peelings are created by casting resin, pigment and fibreglass directly onto existing surfaces, capturing their accumulated textures, traces and material histories before transforming them into sculptural paintings. The works reflect the artist’s ongoing interest in urban surfaces, memory, transformation and the unseen stories embedded in the built environment. The prize draw will take place during the UNSEEN opening reception at VetiVa in K11 Atelier on 17 September 2026. To create a live and engaging moment during the event, the artwork will be awarded to a winner who is present at the opening. If the first name drawn is not in attendance, another entry will be selected until a present winner is confirmed. This partnership brings together South African wine, contemporary Australian art and the Art Future Club audience through a shared celebration of craftsmanship, material culture and place.
