Introducing manual 01 / face, the first in a new series of hands-on experiences by elsewhere.

An intimate, 50-minute guided facial training and self-massage practice, designed to help you understand your facial muscles, recognise where you hold tension and learn techniques you can use in everyday life.

Led by Ana García Serrano, a certified Face Yoga instructor with over 15 years of experience across facial practice, wellbeing and holistic techniques.

Language: The experience will be guided in English, with Spanish support available for questions.
