Join us for an afternoon of ceremonial cacao, Conscious Connected Breathwork and connection at the beautiful Hercus Healing in the Deep South.

This is an opportunity to experience CCB in a welcoming, grounded environment, whether you're completely new to breathwork or already have an established practice.

We'll begin the afternoon by sharing ceremonial cacao together, taking some time to arrive, connect and set an intention for the experience ahead.

From there, we'll move into a full Conscious Connected Breathwork journey.

Using a continuous, connected breathing pattern, CCB gives us an opportunity to shift our attention away from our usual thinking and into the physical experience of the body.

And that's where it gets interesting.

Every breath is different. You might experience energy, emotion, physical sensation, deep relaxation, clarity or simply the feeling of having given yourself the time and space to breathe.

There is no right way for the experience to unfold and no expectation to share anything you don't want to.

We'll finish the afternoon with time to ground, integrate and connect.

If you've been curious about breathwork, this is a chance to come and experience it for yourself.
