About Event

AI has made post-sales work far faster to produce, and no easier to judge. Join Women of Customer Success Austin on November 19th for an exclusive end-of-year Success Lab, held in partnership with Canva, where several speakers will spend time diving into the skills that matter most, in an AI era.

The shift behind the evening is one most of us have felt without naming. A QBR deck, a success plan, a renewal narrative, an executive summary: AI will produce a credible version of any of them in under a minute, and that version will look finished. What it cannot tell you is whether the story is the right one, whether you have led with what your customer actually cares about, or whether the metric on slide four is the one that carries the renewal. That discernment is now the work. Few of us are being trained for it, because the experience that used to build it, the hundredth QBR and the hundredth renewal conversation, is precisely the work that has been automated.

How This Event Differs From Our Standard Programming...

The evening is structured in three acts. A CSM from Canva opens by walking the room through a QBR she delivered to a real customer, including how she might change the delivery from customer to customer. Two CS leaders then review a success plan live, section by section, with no expectation that they will reach the same conclusions. A panel of three senior leaders follows, on where judgment remains distinctly human and which capabilities are worth building now. The evening closes with table clinics: every attendee arrives with a live problem, and the room spends its final stretch working through one another's.

You will spend the first half watching experienced leaders apply judgment to real work, and the second half applying it to your own. Food and drinks are provided throughout.

Speakers

What We'll Dive Into

A real QBR, from the inside. What a Canva CSM actually decided when she built it, which slides earned their place, and the two or three changes she would make to appeal to a different customer segment

A success plan taken apart live. A CS leader will live critique a success plan, in a constructive and educational manner, sharing insight and knowledge from years of experience.

Where the line sits. What AI handles well in post-sales, and what senior leaders tried to automate and then quietly pulled back

Where judgment comes from now. If nobody writes a hundred QBRs anymore, how does the next generation build the instinct that used to come from the reps

Which skills are actually compounding, which ones became non-negotiable in the last two years, and which ones this industry is over-investing in right now

What You'll Take Away

Every attendee gets the Judgement Checklist, a one-page guide to what you should pressure-test in an AI-drafted QBR or success plan before it reaches a customer. It is built from what the critiquers and the panel actually say on the night, so it is sent after the event and reflects the real conversation rather than a generic template.

A clear read on which of your own skills are compounding and which are about to be absorbed

Honest input on a problem you are dealing with right now, from a table of people who have probably faced it (some come prepared with one in mind)
