From August 22nd, 2026, 12:00 AM PT to October 1st, 2026, 11:59 PM PT: Refund requests will be subject to a 30% deduction of the ticket price as a processing fee.

After October 1st, 2026, 11:59 PM PT: As the event date approaches, all resources will be fully committed, and no refund requests will be accepted.
