Session 8 - Embodiment: What the body knows before your mind does

We spend a lot of time thinking things through, weighing our options, trying to make the right decisions. With our heads.
But our bodies are constantly responding to the world around us, often before we even notice. We lean towards some people, pull away from others, or get a feeling about something we can't quite explain.
Is that intuition? And how can we become more aware of these signals?
In this SPARK Clubhouse, we'll explore intuition through movement and other practices that help us tune into what our bodies are telling us. Not to stop thinking, but to discover what else we might learn to listen to.

As someone who learned to live life passionately, Kim started THIS.IS.EDEN as her love letter to the world. Going through a personal journey of deep self-exploration, from shamans in Central America to finding pure freedom on the dance floors of Berlin, she learned to find her own magic in life. Not through a book or a talk, but by experiencing it for herself.
Kim will share some of her wisdom with you, so you can learn to listen to what your body already knows.
