In this hybrid workshop and talk, Jason Snell (co-founder of Cyberian), will share the science and principles behind designing bio- and neuro-responsive, generative soundscapes for guiding the mind into altered states of consciousness using Cyberian's flagship product, Odyssey.

The workshop will be followed by a brief demonstration of Odyssey in a live neurofeedback soundbath performance. Jason Snell is an electronic music producer, programmer, and Fulbright researcher whose work explores themes of vulnerability, entrainment, and transcendent mental states. His practice combines three decades of experience with computer programming, electronic music production, and a meditation practice.

During his performances, he uses EEG brainwave and heartbeat sensors to capture biodata, routing it into a specialized music system he designed, to generate techno and ambient music directly from subconscious states of mind.

Cyberian is excited to be partnering with Pluto to offer Odyssey this Fall 2026 for members to experience their own journey into down-regulation and deep calm.
