The Wanakam Brunch Club is a new rotating culinary series where guest chefs bring their regional childhood staples into our kitchen. Join us on Sunday 20 September for a Sri Lankan brunch at Wanakam in Amsterdam. Think of a slow Sri Lankan Sunday morning: warm hoppers straight from the pan, kiri bath with seeni sambol, creamy dhal, pol sambol, curry and all the little bites that make a Sri Lankan breakfast table so special. For this brunch, Curry O’Clock is bringing together some of the dishes we grew up eating in Sri Lanka, from traditional breakfast favourites to nostalgic bakery snacks and sweets. Menu Egg hopper or vegan plain hopper Dhal curry Pol sambol Kiri bath Seeni sambol Sri Lankan chicken curry or vegan curry Vegetable roti Fish cutlet Pani pol pancake A table full of sweet, spicy, creamy, crispy and coconutty flavours, and a little taste of what a Sunday brunch in Sri Lanka can look like. 📍 Wanakam, Amsterdam 📅 Sunday 20 September Drinks are available separately. Price is 39,50 pp; vegan options available A drop-in pass doesn't guarantee full brunch menu availability—we recommend booking a full brunch pass in advance.
