The creator economy is on track to be worth almost half a trillion dollars by 2027. It has changed who we listen to, who we trust and how brands show up. It has given us a different way of looking at the world. The sharpest founders now think like creators, and the most powerful creators are building things that outlast a feed.
So what does it mean to be a creator today? What's worth making when everyone is making something? How do you stand out in a feed built to keep moving? And how do you earn attention, rather than just borrow it?
This edition of Get Sht Done puts those questions to people who've answered them from very different places.
Marisa Poster co-founded PerfectTed, now Europe's largest matcha brand and backed by Steven Bartlett, and became a creator along the way. She'll talk about being both the founder and the face: how to build a brand that outsmarts its competitors, and a following that feels like a cult.
Stacey Duguid spent thirty years at the top of fashion, lost her job, and told the truth about it on Instagram. Thousands of women over 45 answered, and that became Her Encore. She'll talk about Her Encore, what she wants it to become, and what it means to be the voice thousands of women rally behind.
Expect our signature unfiltered conversation. And, as always with Get Sht Done, this isn't just a panel. You'll get the chance to bring your own challenge to the room, and we'll brainstorm real solutions together. (More on the format below.)

Rebecca Rowntree, Creative director, Speaker and Founder of Get Sht DoneRebecca is a creative director who has spent 15+ years leading creative for big brands like Nike, Uber, Kellogg's, PlayStation and Bodyform.
She founded Get Sht Done in 2017 to bring creatives, strategists and brand leaders together to do exactly that: get sht done.

The format
Get Sht Done isn't your average panel talk. It's part conversation, part problem-solving.Rebecca interviews the panel for an hour, then the room gets its questions in. Then it's over to you: Get Sht Done Live. Got a challenge at work? Launching something new? A brand, or a following, that isn't landing? Throw it into the room and we'll all work together to come up with solutions. Then drinks.
Special thanks to Flight Story for hosting us.
