AI in Action: Your Turn
Downloads an .ics file · Times are in America/Chicago · Google Calendar
Bring a laptop. Leave with workflows you can use Monday. Zero hype.
Last year's AI in Action panel showed what AI can do. This year, you drive. Local marketers and educators who use AI every week will demo their real workflows live while you follow along on your own laptop. Short sessions, real tools, real prompts, real results.

THE SESSIONS
AI as Your Research Assistant
Francesco V. Donato, Visual Arts Instructor, Pensacola State College
Most people use AI to search the internet and summarize what it finds. Donato will show how to use it instead as a research assistant that organizes your own material, building a website live from a folder of your own files rather than relying on AI to generate the content. Along the way: custom codes that trigger routine tasks, and preferences that curb AI's most frustrating habits, like flattering, sycophantic answers.
Building Your Production Sidekick
Veronique Zayas, Founder and Managing Partner, HatchMark Studio
The best use of AI isn't replacing your creativity, it's protecting time for it. Zayas will show how her agency uses AI to handle the repetitive tasks, freeing up more time for the human side of the work, and how to build your own.
Making AI Run Without You
Michelle Hayes, Head of Marketing and Communications, Supernal AI
Hayes will show how she runs her calendar, inbox and daily plan with a small team of AI agents that start and finish work on their own. You'll set up one simple agent during the session and leave with it running.
