We invite you to begin your day with an intentional 5K run honoring movement, momentum, and community alongside moments of breathwork and presence to slow down.

Led by Kath Evans, all paces are welcome - whether you're a seasoned runner or just looking to move with intention. Set your pace, take a deep breath, and let the road become your moving meditation.
