Mia will share a little about the New Moon, what it represents, and how we can use this powerful time to turn inward, reflect, and get clear on what we want to call in moving forward. From there, you’ll be guided through a personal New Moon intention-setting practice, creating space to reflect on where you are and thoughtfully set intentions for where you want to go. We’ll close the evening with a sound healing meditation centered around your intentions, helping you feel grounded, connected, and aligned with what you’re ready to create. Leave with a renewed sense of clarity and intention for the season ahead.
