Help Us Open the Gate 🐴

Our first Barn to Boardroom mini retreat took us out of the office and into a different kind of leadership lesson at Bright Side Youth Ranch. Together, we explored trust, boundaries, and connection, with a little help from the horses.

We also got to know the heart behind the ranch and the opportunity to help more women and children experience the support, connection, and possibilities we found there.

We left knowing we wanted to do more. That’s how our Open the Gate campaign began.

Our goal is to raise $12,000 by year end to sponsor 60 women and children at the ranch. We’re already 5% of the way there, with three children sponsored!
