Founders Hub Dundee Digital Fortnight - by ScotlandIS and Cyber Quarter

Join us at The Cyber Quarter for our new Dundee location designed specifically for founders building scalable technology businesses.

Whether you’re just getting started or already scaling up, this is a chance to work alongside others facing similar challenges and opportunities.

Who should attend?

Startup life can be lonely and this group aims to support, inspire and possibly challenge founders to be their best. We will host conversations, guest speakers and other events over the coming months.

This is a community of builders and startup leaders of many experience levels. It is for people that want to grow their business and do so alongside others. For people looking to be around like minded individuals - to help and offer help, building better together.

Schedule

We are setting up a regular schedule of events which will include guest speakers and office hours. Until they are announced the agenda is as follows:

10:00 - Arrival and networking

10:30 - Emilee Simmons (Head of Dundee Business School & Law School at Abertay University) presentation.

11:00 - Round table - asks, offers and ideas

11:30 - 13:00 ad-hoc discussions and co-working

Bring your laptop, your questions, and your ambition. We look forward to seeing you there!

Whilst we focus on the morning session the space will be available until 5pm to use for additional co-working, discussions or calls.

Location

We have been given space on the 1st floor of Cyber Quarter at Abertay University. When you arrive at the main entrance on Bell Street someone will greet you and show you up to the space on level 1.

Participants have access to level 1 facilities of the cyberQuarter, including hot-desk areas, private meeting rooms/booths plus social spaces including the kitchen.

Thanks

A massive thanks to the Cyber Quarter, Abertay University for hosting us, and to ScotlandIS for sponsoring the refreshments and encouraging our guest speakers.

And to the Scottish tech startup ecosystem for their inspiration over the years building such a great ecosystem.
