EXPERIENCE THE LOST PINES.

Join the Texas Outdoor Recreation Alliance and LCRA Parks for Pines & Paddles, a TxORA Excursion Convening bringing outdoor experience, community conversation, and partnership together at Lake Bastrop South Shore Park.

Begin the day with a shared welcome, then experience Lake Bastrop through a guided kayak experience with LCRA or enjoy the park from land. Kayaking is optional. Guests who prefer to remain on land are welcome to enjoy a self-guided park walk, birding, or time at Osprey Point Hall.

We’ll reconvene for lunch, focused panels, cross-sector dialogue, TxORA: From Ideas to Action, networking, and practical next steps. Together, we’ll explore how outdoor recreation connects with access, stewardship, visitor experience, local opportunity, outdoor business, and stronger partnerships.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

Pines & Paddles is designed for leaders, decision-makers, and partners who can help move ideas into action, including businesses, nonprofits, public agencies, funders, land and stewardship organizations, recreation professionals, and economic and community development leaders.

Open to the public. Registration is encouraged.
