Each session begins with gentle somatic movement and Yin yoga poses, inviting the body to soften, release tension, and reconnect. From there, you’ll be immersed in a deeply restorative sound bath, infused with Reiki energy healing to support relaxation, energetic balance, and deeper healing.
This is more than a sound bath. It’s your weekly opportunity to pause, turn inward, and create space for your body, nervous system, and energy to reset.
