Founder Unfiltered: What They Don't Tell You | Focus on Founders x Barclays Eagle Labs

Most founder events show you the highlight reel. This one doesn't.

Three founders, at different stages, talking honestly about what building a business actually looks like. The mistakes. The calls they got wrong. The customers they lost, the money that ran out, and what they would do differently. No slides, no pitch.

Then it's your turn.

Bring one problem. That you want to find a solution to.

Stuck on your first hire? Getting ready to raise? Struggling to turn interest into paying customers? You will leave with real conversations, not a pocket full of business cards.

Who's behind it

Focus on Founders is a Scottish founder community and podcast. We go beyond the highlight reel to find out what it is really like to build a business.

Barclays Eagle Labs supports ambitious founders and high-growth businesses by connecting them to the people, capital and ideas that can move their businesses forward. Through our physical hubs and wider ecosystem across the UK, including Glasgow and the West of Scotland, we connect founders with investors, corporates, universities, public-sector partners and specialist expertise, helping businesses unlock opportunities, accelerate innovation, and grow.

Focus on Founders x Barclays Eagle Labs brings those communities together for an evening built around honest founder conversations, practical insight and meaningful connections.
