Walk Commons Hub Brussels - The Senne

What it is:This is a Brussels Walk proposed to encourage conversation and idea-sharing among participants. The route will be starting from the Commons Hub Brussels (CHB) so that CHB community members can participate on a very smooth way. Purpose:This walk is organized in collaboration with the ASBL walk.brussels as part of the yearly Slow Ways Weekend.In addition to promoting slow ways for walkers within Brussels, a goal is to leverage the benefits of walking specifically to boost health, creativity and human relationships. Walk Theme and Distance:The walk will cover approximately 5 km, featuring various milestones to enjoy the Senne river through Brussels, packed with locations, history and anecdotes. An optional drink will be organized after the walk for the interested participants in the area of "Halles Saint-Gery. Facilitation:The walk will be guided by Alain Vereecke (IT analyst freelance and CHB member) with Marianne Briquemont (CHB member).
