🔗 The Career Lab, a Peer Group Meetup

🔗 Peer Groups are role-based groups for members at your level. With online tools and monthly in-person meetups, they help 9Zero members exchange what's working, what isn't, and solve what's next with peers facing the same challenges.

The Career Lab is a peer group for climate professionals working toward their next role. It's a space to connect with others on the same path, swap leads and honest lessons, and keep each other moving forward. Whether you're pivoting into climate, sharpening your story, prepping for interviews, or figuring out where you fit best, this is your room. Come with goals, leave with momentum and a crew that's in your corner.

This first gathering is all about getting the group off the ground: identify and get connected with peers in the community, discuss how we want to shape this group going forward, and share what you'd like to get out of it.
