Designing within the Lines | LUNO x HWA Construction

Designing Within the Lines | LUNO Design x HWA

An evening conversation with Noel Fedosh of LUNO Design Studio on designing homes within LA's toughest design review processes.

Join HWA Construction (@hwaconstruction) on Thursday, October 15 at our headquarters for an evening with Noel Fedosh of LUNO Design Studio (@lunodesignstudio).

Many of LA's most sought-after neighborhoods have Design Review Boards, historic overlays and neighborhood restrictions. Noel will draw on real LUNO projects across Los Angeles to cover:

How design review requirements shape early design decisions

What tends to catch homeowners off guard during the process

Why understanding a property's constraints early leads to a stronger, more efficient design process

We’ll be offering guests complimentary portraits before and after the conversation.
