Small Dev Sac: November Meetup

Featured Program

Join Small Dev Sac for a celebratory showcase of the Student Division winners of the Missing Middles Sacramento: Three & Up Challenge.

Student presenters will share award-winning ideas for missing-middle housing on real Sacramento sites, followed by audience Q and A. This is a chance to see the work outside the classroom, hear directly from the designers, and connect over a cider.

About Small Dev Sac

Small Dev Sac is a monthly gathering for the people shaping Sacramento’s neighborhood-scale housing and development future.

Join small developers, designers, builders, planners, lenders, property owners, advocates, and curious locals for an informal evening of conversation, connection, and shared learning. Whether you are actively working on a project, looking to get started, or simply interested in how more attainable, walkable neighborhoods get made, you are welcome here.

Come grab a cider, meet people doing thoughtful work in the region, and help build a stronger local community around small development.
